We want your O'Touches piece to feel right. Contact us promptly if a ready-to-wear order arrives damaged or materially different from what you ordered.
Eligible items
Ready-to-wear items may be considered for return within 7 days of delivery when unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Not eligible
Custom-made, altered, worn, washed, or damaged items are not normally eligible for return. Sale items may have separate terms shown at purchase.
How to request a return
Send your order reference, photos where relevant, and a short description to hello@otouches.com or WhatsApp. We will review the request and explain the next step.
Refunds and exchanges
Approved refunds are made through the original payment method where possible. Delivery charges and return shipping may not be refundable. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
