These terms explain the conditions for using the O'Touches Clothings website and purchasing our ready-to-wear and custom pieces.
Orders and payments
Orders are accepted subject to product availability and payment confirmation. Prices are shown in Nigerian naira unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed after successful payment and our confirmation message.
Custom orders
Custom pieces are made from the details you submit. Please provide accurate measurements, delivery information, and deadlines. We may contact you through the email address or phone number provided to clarify a request before production.
Delivery and collection
Delivery timing depends on the item, destination, and agreed production schedule. Customers are responsible for providing a reachable phone number and accurate delivery address.
Returns and changes
Ready-to-wear returns are handled according to our Returns Policy. Custom-made pieces cannot normally be returned for a change of mind, so please confirm measurements and design details before production.
Website use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, copy our content for commercial use, or submit false information. We may update products, prices, and these terms when necessary.
